Convicted Murderer Indicted For Knife Attack On Court Officer At Harrisburg Courthouse (Update) A convicted murderer has been indicted for allegedly attacking a court security officer with a knife inside the Sylvia H. Rambo Courthouse in Harrisburg, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Thursday, Dec. 19. Joseph Louis Camino, 56, of Braddock, was charged by a federal grand jury in connection with the assault that occurred on Monday, Dec. 16, at 1501 North 6th Street.
