An 11-year-old boy who was "found unresponsive after an apparent shooting, possibly self-inflicted," on Sunday night has been identified, York County Coroner Pam Gay said in a release. Jaime Sepulveda of the first block of West Market Street died took his life with a single gunshot to the head, according to the coroner's office autopsy results on Nov. 9.
