Driver On Fentanyl Killed Mom, Injured Child In Head-On Christmas Day Crash: Manheim Twp PD
A 24-year-old man high on marijuana and fentanyl caused a head-on crash killing a mom and injuring her child on Christmas Day, Manheim Township police announced on Friday, April 5. Steven Joel Berrios Maldonado was driving 27-year-old Karina Cruz-Camuy and her sons in a Gray Volkswagon Jetta while high on drugs, the police explained citing a blood test he took at the hospital.
