Driver Who Crashed In NJ School Bus Had Fled Police Over State Lines: Report The driver of the car that rammed into a Phillipsburg school bus on Route 22 Tuesday afternoon was fleeing authorities in two states, WFMZ reports.  A bus transporting first- and second-graders from Phillipsburg Primary School was struck by a vehicle shortly after dismissal on Dec. 12, Daily Voice reported. Officers investigating four armed robberies in Swatara Township between Saturday, Oct. 14 and Wednesday, Oct. 25 were made aware that a suspect had just fled their jurisdiction after an additional robbery on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
