Condolences are flooding in following the death of a 38-year-old woman on the PA Turnpike. Kelly M. Little, 38, was stopped in the right westbound lane in Clay Township around 2 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, when she was struck by a tractor trailer, police said in a news release. A 30-year-old former preschool teacher in her final year of graduate school has died of a rare brain disease possibly caused by a severe autoimmune disease, her family says. Jennafer Alayna-Lee Palmer, a Harrisburg native, passed away at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center on Friday, Jan. 19, according to her obituary.
