A cellphone charge burst into flames South Central Pennsylvania home on Wednesday, Oct. 30, officials explained.
The duplex fire broke out in the 200 block of East Canal Street in the village of Sand Beach at 5:09 a.m., according to Union Deposit Volunteer Fire Company 47.
