Elizabethtown 'Pappy' ID'd Following Home Explosion
A 68-year-old grandfather has died in a home explosion in Elizabethtown. Harvey L. Winters of 1235 Bossler Road, West Donegal Township was found dead in the rubble of his home following an explosion on Monday, Sept. 18.
