A man has been charged with open lewdness for the second time in less than a year, but this time he loudly played porn at a public park in front of children, Carlisle Borough police alleged in a release on Monday, July 22.
Mark Basehore, 50 of Carlisle, is in custody after a bizarre incident in front of three children at Letort Park, 260 E. Pomfret Street, Carlisle Borough at 10:16 am. on Monday morning, as detailed in the release.

A 42-year-old man who was reportedly naked and crawling was found by officers masturbating, the Carlisle Police Department explained in a release.
Brian Ardell Jones, original of Bethlehem most recently of Harrisburg, was seen "crawling naked on the ground near the railroad track bridge" at 11:18 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27, police said.

Man Exposes Genitals At Pennsylvania Sonic Drive-Thru, Police Allege
A customer at an Elverson Sonic is accused of exposing himself to a drive-thru worker, say Caernarvon police.
Michael Morris, 31, of Reading, is charged with corruption of minors, unlawful contact, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct, the department wrote in a release.
It happened at the 850 Crossings Boulevard location on Oct. 16 last year, according to police.
Court records show the 31-year-old was unable to post his $10,000 bond after his arraignment Dec. 4. He is scheduled to appear in court again for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 16.
