Power Knocked Out When Driver Crashes Into Utility Pole In Lititz: Police (Photos) Power should be restored by 5:30 p.m. after a SUV plowed into a utility pole in Lititz on April 4, 2023.  The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department responded to a call of a vehicle accident with injuries in the 400 bock of Owl Hill Road Tuesday afternoon.  The driver left the road way for an unknown reason and struck a PPL power pole.  The driver was hurt, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.  PPL is in the area making repairs.  The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
