Autobody Shop Finds Body In Trunk Of Nissan, Philadelphia Police Say Mechanics at a Philadelphia autobody shop made an unusual discovery in the trunk of a Nissan on Friday afternoon police announced that evening.  The "partially decomposed body" of a Black man in his mid-30s was found in the trunk of a silver Nissan Maxim at an autobody shop in the 2300 block of South 63rd Street around 1:17 p.m. on Jan, 26, police detailed in the release. Police ID Speeding Driver, 25, Killed In Head-On Crash With Tour Bus In Lancaster County Police have identified the 25-year-old sedan driver who died in a crash with a tour bus in Lancaster County early Thursday, Oct. 26. Louis Marotto, of New Holland, was heading north on Hollander Road at a high rate of speed in a Nissan sedan when she swerved into the southbound lane and struck the tour bus head-on, around 2:50 a.m. in Leacock Township on Thursday, Oct. 26, Pennsylvania State Police said. The tour bus operator was not injured, PSP said, and Marotto was pronounced dead at 4:05 a.m., of multiple blunt force trauma, the coroner said.

Driver Killed In Head-On Crash With Tour Bus In Lancaster County: State Police A 25-year-old is dead after colliding with a tour bus in Leacock Township early Thursday morning, Oct.26, according to state police.  It happened just before 3 a.m., authorities said.  The driver was headed north on North Hollander Road near the intersection with Yost Road when they lost control of their Nissan sedan and entered the southbound lane, troopers said. The driver, who police did not identify, was pronounced dead at the scene. The bus driver was unharmed, they added.  The crash remains under investigation.

Hertz Rented Vehicles With Open Recalls For Repairs: Feds Federal officials are investigating allegations that Hertz rented suspect vehicles to customers without getting recommended required recall repairs for several years. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued an alert on Tuesday, Dec. 20 advising that Hertz had previously rented Nissan and Ford vehicles that were not properly repaired during recent recalls.
