New Details About Infant Found Dead On Pennsylvania Street: Coroner New information about an infant "suspiciously" found dead on a Pennsylvania street has been shared with Daily Voice by Fulton County Coroner Berley L. Souders on March 20.  The infant was found unresponsive at the intersection of Lincoln Way West/PA Route 16 and South Second Street in McConnellsburg at 8:45 a.m. on March 11, State Trooper Jacob Rhymestine detailed in the initial release.  The coroner's office was soon called and the infant was pronounced dead at the intersection at 8:55 a.m. on Monday.
