A Lebanon man who had been texting and calling an ex-girlfriend and "threatened to kill her" made the mistake of coming to her home just as police were making a welfare check, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department announced in a release on Jan. 2, 2024. Shot Fired, Suspects Flee Crash With Stolen Gun On Harrisburg Pike, Police Say
A 20-year-old man was found fleeing with a stolen gun following a car crash in Lancaster on Saturday, police say. John Clarence David Walls Jr. was found shortly after officers were called to a report of shots fired near Harrisburg Pike and North Pine Street and discovered a crash on Aug. 5. The call to the shots came in at approximately 7:20 p.m., followed by the report "that a vehicle crash had just occurred in the same area," the police said. A 25-year-old wanted felony with probation violations had a loaded gun when police chased and used a TASER Device on him in central Pennsylvania, authorities say. The Quindon Maurice Hill was being pursued by the PA State Probation and Parole when Manheim Township officers nabbed him following a brief foot chase at the Sheetz at 1790 of Millersville Road on Tuesday, Dec. 6 around 12:32 p.m., according to a release by Township police.
