David Evans had been using "the skid loader on the family farm when a family member found that the skid loader had flipped backward at an unknown time, entrapping [him]," the coroner stated in the release. Stuck Motorcyclist Left In PA Road After Hit-Run, Police Say A motorcyclist was struck in the middle of a Pennsylvania road and the driver sped off, nearly a month later the driver has been identified, police assert.  Travis Michael Seiple, 38, of Windsor is wanted on a warrant for striking a motorcyclist head-on, according to Lower Windsor Township police.  The hit-and-run happened in the 300 block of Red Front Road in York at approximately 5:21 p.m. on July 31, police detailed in the release. Active Fire Near Township Building In Central PA (Photos) A fire has broken out across the street from a township-owned building.  The fire was reported as active shortly before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2023, by Lower Windsor Township police. The fire is on Hakes Hollow Road near Craley Road.  The billowing smoke was spotted by township employees who say the fire is at a structure across the street from the Lower Windsor Township building.  There is no word of any injures. The public has been asked to avoid the area.
