Troopers responded to 931 Peters Mountain Road in Middle Paxton Township at 3:26 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, after reports of the armed confrontation, PSP Harrisburg said in a release. The suspect pursued the victim on foot while wielding the bat and making threats, police said.
