An 18-year-old man is wanted for his involvement in a shooting in Lancaster City, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Norman Coleman has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license, persons not to possess firearms, and discharging a firearm, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police. The charges stem from a shooting that injured two minors in the 300 block of Mill Street on Oct. 25, authorities said. A Lancaster teen reported missing in late July has been found, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 10:30 a.m. Wilbert Blose, 15, of Lancaster had last been seen on the 200 block of College Ave on July 29, sparking a months-long search, according to the release. A Lancaster County mother is accused of giving her teenage sons access to guns used in a September shootout, police announced on Friday, Nov. 15.
