Communities are rallying for a man and a woman who were found shot to death in a car in Williamsport. Alisha Seese and Ronald "Ronnie" E. Dailey Jr., both 37 years old, were found just after midnight on Friday, Jan. 12, according to officials. The police had been called to reports of gunfire in the 1700 block of Terrace Place around 12:30 a.m., they said in a release. A Sinking Spring woman will spend up to two decades behind bars for stabbing her fiance to death during an "altercation" more than three years ago, said the Berks County District Attorney's Office in a release.
