A pregnant teenager is dead following what was initially reported as a "shots fired" incident, police in Harrisburg explained Monday night. Tyemeshia Miller, 19, of Harrisburg was found shot in the back in the area of North 4th and Woodbine streets around 5:45 p.m. on May 13, according to the Bureau's release and the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. Arriving officers found Miller suffering from the gunshot wound. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she died from her injuries, the police said. Authorities continue to investigate the 1975 disappearance of Wendy Eaton. Eaton was last seen on May 17 of that year near the intersection of Indian Lane and Media Station Road in Media, according to state police. According to a 2021 report by NBC Philadelphia, she was headed into town to buy a gift for her brother when she vanished. One man is in custody after two people were fatally shot in East Marlborough Township on Thursday evening, April 25, according to state police. Troopers were called to the 200 block of Wiltshire Drive around 6 p.m. and found two unnamed victims dead in a residence, authorities said.
