Foggy eye-glass lenses supposedly caused a tractor-trailer to plow through a Wendy's into a Holiday Inn in Middletown on Friday morning — two things we know for sure, this isn't how late in drive-thru or hotel check-ins work. A fall into a open grate hole has left a worker dead at a Pennsylvania Holdiay Inn on Sunday, officials say. Alexei Rodriguez-Balceiro, 42 of the 430 block of East King Street in Lancaster, died at 3:20 p.m. following multiple attempts to save his life after he was pulled unconcious from an air vent shaft, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police and the County Coroner's Office announced on Monday.
