A 5-year-old girl's welfare was possibly endangered, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Thursday, Feb. 13. PA State Police are investigating an incident involving endangering the welfare of a child in Montgomery Township, Franklin County. Troopers launched the investigation after responding to Two Top Road at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21, police said in the release.
