The man fatally shot in the parking lot of a Sheetz convenience store in East Manchester Township on Christmas Eve has been identified as Tivory Bartlett, 23, of Douglassville, Pennsylvania, the York County Coroner’s Office announced on Thursday, Dec. 26. The shooting occurred at 4309 North George Street Extension, with the first emergency call received around 5:15 p.m. Bartlett was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:32 p.m., according to Deputy Coroner Molly York, who responded to investigate and certify the death. A bridge in York County is closed "for an indefinite period of time" after a driver crashed their truck— leaving the front end dangling over the edge— before fleeing the scene, police say.
