Police Are Knocking On Doors Amid Massive Search For Escaped Killer Danelo Cavalcante The search for 34-year-old escaped killer Danelo Cavalcante remains under way in Chester County. Police were knocking on doors around Pocopson Township Sunday, Sept. 3, as there have been sightings of the convicted murderer in the area over the weekend, the Chester County District Attorney's Office said. Hundreds of U.S. Marshals agents, SWAT teams, local, state, and other federal agencies have been searching the area in the days after Cavalcante slipped by guards at the Chester County prison. Body 'Wrapped In Plastic, Lit On Fire' On PA Road Identified: DA Authorities have named the man found dead under suspicious circumstances on the side of a Chester County road last month.   He was 32-year-old Rolando Blanco-Duartes of Brooklyn, New York, Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan's Office said.  The remains were found near the 2300 block of Eagle Farms Road in West Vincent Township on Sunday, June 18, authorities said previously.  DA Ryan's Office asked for help identifying the remains, which were found "wrapped in plastic, and lit on fire."
