Philly Area Stalker Called Victim From Jail Day After Arrest, Report Says A man charged with stalking called his victim from jail just one day after his arrest in a Pennsylvania town, 6abc reports. Matthew Kwatyra, 30, of Allentown, was arrested on Thursday, June 6, in connection with a stalking incident that happened in Darby, Police Chief Joseph Gabe Jr. said. Philly Mass Shooting Victim Was 'Selfless,' Friends Say Joseph Wamah, one of the five declared dead following a mass shooting in southwest Philadelphia during Independence Day celebrations, was a "consistently positive, charismatic, selfless person," those close to him say.  Wamah and four others were named as alleged victims of 40-year-old Kimbrady Carriker, who police believe opened fire with an AR-15-style rifle in Kingsessing late on July 3.  More recently, police have said Wamah actually died the day prior to the Kingsessing attack on July 2, according to Philadelphia City Councilmember Jamie Gauthier.  Gauthier said police responded to th…
