Two Fatal Crashes In Central PA: PennDOT Two fatal crashes halted traffic in Central Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning authorities told Daily Voice.  As of 11 a.m. on Aug. 1st, lane restriction had just been lifted on Route 22 West/322 between the Midway and PA 34-Newport/New Bloomfield exits.  The deadly single-vehicle crash happened around 7 a.m., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  There was entrapment in the crash, but the number of persons in the vehicle and their identities have not been released.  The crash happened between two work zones—but not in any work zone itself,&nbs…
