Frances Mottorn, 74, of Bellefonte, was last observed between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Dec. 25 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, where she was visiting a patient, police said. She has not returned home and may be disoriented. Mottorn is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall with a small build, brown hair, and brown eyes. Richard Lenhart, 63, of Bellefonte, used his position of trust to target the victim, sexually abusing her between 2005 and 2013 in the State College area, according to the Attorney General's office. 78-Year-Old Woman Killed In House Fire: PA State Police A 78-year-old woman was killed in a fire at her home in Unionville Borough, state police announced on Thursday, Dec. 5. Patricia A. Langham died in a residential fire at 360 Apple Street, Unionville Borough, Centre County, according to Pennsylvania State Police at Rockview. Trooper Ryan Monoski reported the fire began at approximately 12:26 p.m. on Thursday. Despite efforts to contain the blaze, Langham was pronounced dead at the scene.
