Shot Child Hospitalized, PA State Police Say (Developing) A boy is in the hospital after being shot in Central Pennsylvania, state troopers announced on Monday, Oct. 7.  The unnamed child was taken in a private vehicle to  Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in East Pennsboro Township on Sunday, Oct. 6, according to PSP Troopers in Carlisle.  The preliminary investigation has led PA State Police to believe the child was shot in Carroll Township, York County, although the investigation remains active. There is no threat to the public, according to PSP.  Check back here for updates.

23-Year-Old Man ID'd After Fatal Crash Into Tree: York County Coroner A 23-year-old man was killed in a crash into a tree, according to an updated release by the York County Coroner's Office on June 12.  Daniel Antos Jr., of the 100 block of Twin Hills Road in Franklin Township died at the scene of the crash. Deputy Coroner Michele Kirchner was called to the scene to investigate at 8:03 p.m. and certified the death at 8:45 p.m. on June 5, as detailed in the release. Veteran, Gettysburg Business Owner ID'd As Motorcyclist Killed In York Co. Crash: Coroner A motorcyclist has been identified as a veteran and Gettysburg business owner, after his name was released by the York County Coroner's Office on Monday evening. Tim Rymer, 60 of the first block of White Oak Lane in Newberry Township, died at the scene of the crash at Old York and Blair Hollow roads in Carroll Township at 5:48 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, according to Coroner Pam Gay.  Around 5:17 p.m., he had been traveling south on Old York Road when he struck a large piece of wood in the roadway, lost control, so the bike "went down" on its right side and Tim struck his head on the road — "…
