Drunk Man Crashes Into Central PA Diner: Police (Photo) A 34-year-old man drunkenly crashed into a diner on Sunday morning, police announced on June 26, 2023.  Caeser Riley slammed his red sedan into the Sunny Side Diner located at 850 North Hanover Street at approximately 12:47 a.m., on June 25, 2023, Carlisle police detailed in a release on Monday.  Officers who responded to the single-vehicle crash determined that Caesar "had operated the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol," the police said.
