Man Dead, 2 Critical After Falling From Cherry-Picker At Philly Construction Site: Police A 47-year-old man was killed and two other men were in critical condition after falling two stories from a cherry-picker truck Friday afternoon, Sept. 6 in Philadelphia, authorities said. The incident occurred shortly before 1 p.m. at a construction site on the 4400 block of Moravian Court, Philadelphia police said.
