Man Fatally Shot Outside Philadelphia Mosque: Police (Update) A man was shot and killed in the parking lot of a mosque on Tuesday evening, July 30, according to Philadelphia police.  Raheem Jefferson, 43, suffered multiple gunshot wounds near Al-Aqsa Islamic Society, 1501 Germantown Avenue, authorities said.
