3-Year-Old Accidentally Shoots Adult In Lehigh Valley: Police A 33-year-old woman was hospitalized after being shot in the back by a toddler on Monday, July 1,  according to Wilson Borough police.  The shot woman was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery and is expected to survive, investigators say.  The shooting happened on the 2200 block of Forest Street, authorities said.
