PA Amish Farm Accident Requires Multiple Ambulances
Multiple ambulances were called to an accident on an Amish farm on Saturday, Oct. 18, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The call regarding a "traumatic injury" at the farm located in the 200 block of Paradise Lane in Paradise Township came into LCWC at 12:20 p.m. Details about the incident have not been released, but we know Pennsylvania State Police are investigating. Crews Battle Early Morning Barn Fire In Berks County
A barn in Bally Borough caught fire around 2 a.m. Monday, July 15, according to the Eastern Berks Fire Department. The fire at the barn, located off South 7th Street, reached two alarms, authorities said. The barn contained hay and equipment but all the dairy cows on the property were in another structure and were not harmed, the department said. Eastern Berks Fire Dept. Berks County Bull Attack Sends Man To Hospital: Troopers
State police said a man at a Berks County farm was attacked by a bull on Sunday, June 16. The man was performing work on a Strausser Road farm in Windsor Township when the bull "aggressively attacked" him, authorities wrote in a release. The man was injured and taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, while the bull was "dispatched" by the owner, according to troopers.

Amish Toddler ID'd By Family After Fatal Lancaster Farm Accident
A 3-year-old Amish boy has died following an incident on his family's farm on Tuesday night, Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber announced on June 5. Benjamin S. Blank “had been in a farming-related accident involving a piece of ventilation machinery for [a] barn," Chief Deputy Coroner Bieber stated in the release and according to his obituary. The incident happened at his home on the 280 block of Bell Road in Christiana, Colerain Township around 8 p.m. on June 4, as detailed in the release.
