Investigators in Philadelphia are looking for an accused gunman in a triple shooting on Thursday, May 23. Police said the pictured man shot three people on the 300 block of East Allegheny Avenue in Kensington, including: A 47-year-old woman struck in the face and placed in "critical but stable" condition A 45-year-old man struck in the leg and placed in stable condition An 8-year-old girl grazed in the head and placed in stable condition Investigators believe the shooter opened fire at a black sedan that collided with his motorscooter around 3 p.m. He fled the scene on foot.&nb…
