A new study ranking the best cities to retire has Pennsylvania taking six of the best 10 locales, including all five of the top 5.
Harrisburg is the best place in the country to spend your twilight years, according to US News & World Report. Reading, Lancaster, Scranton, and Allentown ranked second through fifth in the study respectively. Pittsburgh finished 10th, with Philadelphia coming in at 13th.

Police ID Armed Carjackers Who Stole Vehicle With Infant In Upper Darby: 'Armed And Dangerous'
Police have identified two suspects at large following an armed carjacking in which a vehicle was taken with an infant inside in Upper Darby Friday afternoon, Aug. 30.
Phillis Fugah, 23, from Upper Darby, and Ian Dean, 21, of Philadelphia, approached a man waiting for his wife on West Chester Pike around 3:10 p.m., UDPD Superintendent Timothy M. Bernhardt said.
"During a struggle, the suspects managed to take the vehicle, unaware that a 2-month-old child was still inside," Bernhardt said.

Man Shot, Set On Fire In SW Philadelphia: Police
A man was in critical condition after being shot and set on fire in Southwest Philadelphia, authorities said.
On Wednesday, Aug. 28, at about 10:30 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a person screaming inside an apartment on the 5400 block of Lansdowne Avenue, in the 19th District.
A 40-year-old man was shot at by a male offender, and then the female offender set the victim on fire, causing burns to his body, police said.
