Wyoming County Man Killed, Driver Airlifted In New Jersey Crash: Troopers A northeast Pennsylvania man was dead and another man was airlifted after a head-on crash on the Jersey Shore, officials said. Thomas Grau, 55, of Falls, PA, died in the crash in Dennis Township on Tuesday, Oct. 15, a New Jersey State Police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the scene on Route 47 South just south of Tyler Road near milepost 18.8. at around 12:28 p.m. Investigators said Grau was driving north in a Toyota Prius when he crossed the center line and struck an oncoming Nissan Pathfinder. At 10:54 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call reporting a man had fallen from the roof of a commercial building at 310 Fairfield Ave., Fairfield Police Officer Stacy Chiarolanza said. Woman Dies After Less Than 24 Hours In Allegheny County Jail: Officials A woman who had only been in the Allegheny County Jail for one day has died, officials announced on Saturday, Sept. 14.  The unidentified 53-year-old woman passed away following a "medicinal incident" less than 24 hours after entering the jail, Acting Warden Shane T.
