Two daughters are in mourning after their reportedly missing mom was found murdered in the garage of the family home and their estranged step-dad was named a "person of interest" by the Philadelphia Police Department. Brian Groo, 24, of Horsham, was charged after a video of the infant being raped was found online on Wednesday, Oct. 30, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said.
