PA Daughters Mourning Mom Believed Murdered By Estranged Husband Two daughters are in mourning after their reportedly missing mom was found murdered in the garage of the family home and their estranged step-dad was named a "person of interest" by the Philadelphia Police Department. Miguel Aguilar, 34, of Philadelphia, has been identified as a "person of interest" in the death of Ivelisse Lugo, 51, of the 5900 block of Elsinore Street, according to the Philadelphia Police.
