PA Senate Race Heats Up With Another Lawsuit And County Election Board Challenges The Pennsylvania Senate race between incumbent Democrat Bob Casey and his challenger, Republican Dave McCormick, is heating up with another lawsuit filed and challenges made to a county election board.
