Student Claims Guards Assaulted Them, Sues Allentown Middle School: Lawsuit
A student in an Allentown middle school filed a lawsuit claiming they were assaulted by guards, leading to severe injuries, the legal document states.
The lawsuit claims that Francis D. Raub Middle School and Allentown School District created an environment that led to the assault, according to the legal document. The middle school's principal, Jose Delgado, and a former superintendent, John Stanford, were also named as defendants.

Two more people have been arrested for shooting at a school bus full of students in Coatesville, Chester County officials announced on Sunday, Nov. 10.

A preliminary list has been released of schools that received items that were part of a nationwide recall of millions of pounds of meat and poultry products over fears they may be contaminated with Listeria.
The initial recall involving the manufacturer, Bruce Pac, was for 9,986,245 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) products sold at Walmart, Target, Amazon, Trader Joe's, 7-Eleven, Aldi, and other stores. It was announced on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Knife Falls Out Of Student's Backpack At Charter School: PA State Police
A student at a Chester County school is in trouble with police after a knife fell out of their backpack, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers were called to the Avon Grove Charter School, located at 110 East State Road, West Grove, at about 11:18 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, state police said.
