William Rosner 46 Of Lemoyne Escapes Cumberland Co. Prison
A 46-year-old inmate escaped from the Cumberland County Prison during work release, the sheriff's office announced on Monday, Aug. 19.
William Kenneth Rosner, most recently of Lemoyne but previously of Philadelphia, Allentown, Northampton, and Harrisburg — is wanted on a felony escape charge after walking away from the Cumberland County Prison Work Release Center on Mondy morning, Aug. 19, the sheriff explained, and as detailed in court records.
His last known location was the Walmart in Carlisle, according to the sheriff's office.

Woodley, also known as Qwan, is 41 years old and a resident of the Resources for Human Development program.
He was last seen at about 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 7.
He is approximately 5’4” tall and weighs 163 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

PA Catalytic Converter Theft Ring Shut Down, DA Says
An organized catalytic converter theft ring operating in multiple Pennsylvania counties has been busted up with the arrest of five men, authorities said.
The ring operated in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia counties, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.
