Shots Fired During Gunpoint Carjacking In Philadelphia: Authorities A victim was shot at while fleeing the scene of a carjacking in Philadelphia last Tuesday, May 7, according to city police.  Authorities said it happened around 5:15 a.m. on the 1300 block of Lindley Avenue.  The carjacker got out of a Ford Taurus and entered the victim's Ford Fusion, police said. He forced the victim to drive a short distance, ordered him out of the car, then shot at him when he fled, according to investigators.  The victim was not struck.  The thief in the Fusion and the accomplice in the Taurus then drove to North 11th and Wingohocking streets …
