Missing South Jersey Teen Could Be In Philadelphia: Police Police in South Jersey have reported the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl. On Thursday, Sept. 21 at approximately 4 p.m., Mariah Jarrells was reported missing, according to Willingboro Township police. Mariah is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. Mariah has brown eyes and black hair and wears glasses.  She is believed to be possibly in the Philadelphia or South Jersey area, police said. Bucks County, PA, Man Indicted In South Jersey Teenager's Shooting Death A 22-year-old man from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been indicted for fatally shooting a teenager at a South Jersey gas station, authorities said.  A grand jury indicted Tamir Phillips of Bensalem, PA, on charges of first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.
