Poisoned Hawk Found By Hiker In Lower Merion Township: Police
A red-tailed hawk that was suffering after being poisoned was rescued in Lower Merion Township, according to police. Officers responded to a call about a hawk that was in distress in a wooded area of Gladwyne, the Lower Merion Township Police Department said in a Facebook post on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Officer Brian Devlin, the department's Animal Warden, confirmed to Daily Voice that he was involved in rescuing the hawk on Wednesday, Sept. 25. An arcade in Pennsylvania had a very Pennsylvanian problem with a claw machine, the Game Commission announced on Wednesday, Aug. 7. Officers Recuse Bald Eagle At Lebanon City Park, Police Say
A symbol of America was rescued in a Lebanon City park on Friday, March 8, city police announced that evening. Officers with the city police had been called to Coleman's Park for a report of an injured animal. They arrived to find the hurt bald eagle. Details about the bird's injuries are what time this happened weren't released.
