A teenager from Pennsylvania was arrested by FBI agents on Friday, Aug. 11 after authorities say he had been in contact with an al-Qaida-affiliated terror group. The FBI arrested a Philadelphia police officer on charges of transportation and possession of child pornography, authorities said.
