West Grove 18-Year-Old Killed In Fiery Crash Into Concrete Wall, Utility Pole: PA State Police An 18-year-old Chester County man has died in a fiery car crash, Pennsylvania State Police. Jason "JJ" Ruszin of West Grove was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 10:46 p.m. on Dec. 27, Trooper Michael Carter details in the release.  JJ had been traveling east on West Baltimore Pike when the rain picked up. In the deluge he lost control of his vehicle — "exiting the roadway striking a concrete wall and a utility pole. Missing 81-Year-Old Man With Dementia Found Dead By PA State Troopers An 81-year-old man with dementia who went missing over the weekend was found dead by Pennsylvania State Troopers from the Avondale Barracks on Monday, reports say. Robert Owen was last seen early Saturday morning in a home on the 200 block of Rosehill Road in London Grove, around 5 a.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police. Owen had no known means of transportation or communications, and left the home on foot in an unknown direction, state police said.
