Escaped Georgia Convict Found Armed In Delco A Georgia inmate who escaped captivity late last month was taken into police custody in Pennsylvania, authorities say.  Demario Julian, 22, was arrested by members of the US Marshals Service and the Eastern PA Fugitive Task Force on West 2nd Street in Chester on Thursday, March 23, officials said.  According to the Georgia Department of Corrections, Julian walked away from an outdoor work detail in Louisville, Georgia on Feb. 22.
