Philadelphia Rape Suspect Found Sitting Outside Hospital In South Jersey: Police
A Philadelphia rape suspect was arrested in Gloucester County, authorities said. Washington Township police credited social media and a BOLO (be on the lookout) alert written by Detective Tommy Myers for locating the suspect on Thursday, July 7. The rape suspect, Willie L. Harris, 49, was found sitting outside Jefferson Hospital, police said.

Gloucester County Woman, 86, Killed In Crash
An 86-year-old woman from Gloucester County was killed in a collision on Monday, authorities said. Maria Calabria of Sewell was a front-seat passenger in a two-car crash in Washington Township, who later died at the hospital. A car was traveling south on Delsea Drive in Washington Township near the intersection of Parke Place Boulevard when it collided with a car trying to make a left turn onto the boulevard from Delsea Drive, according to Washington Township police. PA Woman Stole Thousands From Morris County Group Home Residents Over 9 Months, Police Say
A Pennsylvania woman has been accused of stealing thousands from two residents of a Long Valley group home over the course of nine months, authorities said. The Mount Pocono woman — whose name was not released — wrote fraudulent receipts for items purchased for the victims and collect the money from their allotted funds between Jan. 16, 2020 and Oct. 16, 2020, Washington Township Police Chief Jeffrey Almer said. The total amount stolen was $2,386.53, Almer said. The woman was charged March 10 with third-degree theft and is scheduled for a virtual appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
