A 64-year-old man who was killed in a motorcycle crash into a deer in Lehigh County has been identified as the first president of the South Side Motorcycle Club in Allentown, according to his obituary published by Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. Frederick R. Brauchle III, of Heidelberg Township, was driving a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle in the area of 4842 Mountain Road in Washington Township when he crashed into a deer at 5 a.m., as Daily Voice previously reported. Thrill-Seeking Motorcyclist Dies Following Crash In Eastern PA
A 26-year-old motorcyclist has died following a motorcycle crash, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio announced Saturday afternoon. Evyn Hummel of Slatington was involved in a crash with another motor vehicle near 3016 Main St., Washington Township at 1:17 p.m. on Aug. 18, according to Buglio. Evyn was pronounced dead in the Emergency Department at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest at 2:10 p.m., Buglio explained. The Lehigh County woman who died in a head-on collision on State Route 873 on Tuesday, Nov. 29 experienced a "medical event" that caused her to lose control of her car, according to officials.
