Pennerman died unexpectedly at Virtua Willingboro Hospital on Jan. 8. He was 23. Pennerman went to school in Hamilton, where he graduated from Hamilton High School West in 2017, his obituary says. Philadelphia Man, 20, Charged In South Jersey Murder Attempt, Prosecutor Says A 20-year-old Philadelphia man has been charged in connection with a shooting in a shopping center parking lot, authorities said. Lamar Johnson, of the 1000 block of Granite Street, was charged with first-degree attempted murder, aggravated assault and several weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Willingboro Township Public Safety Director Kinamo Lomon. Bucks County, PA, Man Indicted In South Jersey Teenager's Shooting Death A 22-year-old man from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been indicted for fatally shooting a teenager at a South Jersey gas station, authorities said.  A grand jury indicted Tamir Phillips of Bensalem, PA, on charges of first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.
