Warrant For April Campbell Precha Issued By Bristol Police A woman is wanted in Bristol Township for firing shots that shattered a window at the Bucks County Assistance Office, authorities said on Wednesday, Sept. 18. April (Lynette) Campbell Precha, 37, has an active warrant for several felonies including aggravated assault and person not to have a firearm, Bristol Township police said in a press release. Connecticut Couple Killed In Pennsylvania Crash, Bucks County DA Says The pair killed in an alleged hit-and-run crash in Bristol Township over the weekend has been identified as a husband and wife from Brooklyn, Connecticut.  Richard and Rebecca Whiddon, 37 and 33, were passengers in a Nissan that was struck near the corner of Veterans Highway and Ford Road on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24, Daily Voice reported.  Both were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
