A Monmouth County Grand Jury has returned a five-count indictment against a Somerset County man accused of taking lewd photographs of under a young girl's dress at a car dealership, authorities said. A former adjunct professor was tackled by customers who caught him taking an "upskirt" photo of an underage girl on a Edgewater supermarket checkout line, authorities said. Responding officers found several good Samaritans holding down David M. Chapinski, 41, of Somerset at the Mitsuawa Market on River Road around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Detective Sgt. Teddy Wetklow said. Ex-Palisades Teacher Gets Year For Taking Upskirt Photos Of 'Disgusted' Students
A former Palisades High School math teacher and athletic coach is facing one year behind bars for secretly taking upskirt photos of female students and sharing them online with the intention to masturbate to them, authorities said.
