Search Ends For Infant Lost In Bucks County Flood: Officials
After more than a week of active efforts to locate 9-month-old Conrad Sheils, Bucks County officials are ending their search. Sheils, his sister 2-year-old Matilda, and their mother Katie Seley were swept away in the flash flooding that submerged sections of Bucks on Sunday, July 16, Daily Voice has reported. Seley and five other adults were found dead during the initial search that Sunday, police said at the time, but Conrad and Matilda remained the focus of a county-wide recovery effort for the week following. Suburban Philly Resident Cut By Political Signs Rigged With Razor Blades, Police Say
Police in Bucks County are investigating after they say a resident was cut by razor-rigged political signs strategically placed in their yard. A booby-trapped campaign sign for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Shapiro, among two others, were placed without permission on the resident's property, Upper Makefield police said in a Sunday, Oct. 16 Facebook post.
